Changing the URL of an ad space that is already associated with a partnership is not facilitated directly. This is because the merchants operating the affiliate programmes need to be in control of the pages your ads link to. As an affiliate, you can only change the URL of an ad space if there are no partnerships associated with it. This means that you have to cancel any existing partnerships.

You can also create a new ad space and re-apply with this. Simply create the new ad space in "Profile" > "Advertising spaces" in your zanox account and re-apply to the merchant in question with this new, unlinked ad space. Once the application is approved, you can cancel the old partnerships and delete the old ad space. If you just need to correct a URL - for example, because it contains an incorrect spelling - we will be happy to do this for you.
