UI-modifications
UI-implementation of the new “approved” transaction status
From 12. June 2008 onwards the currently existing transaction statuses, will be extended by the new “approved” status. The following transaction status will be available:
In the first step (launch 12.06.2008) the new “approved” status will only be displayed for advertisers. In the second step the display of the new “approved” status will also be expanded to the publishers.
The new UI status classification in subject to the implementation steps is shown in the table below.

Modifications related to the “approved”-status implementation
With the UI modification, advertisers will be able to set the “approved” status for leads & sales having the “open” status at all time.
The setting of the “approved” status will now be irrespective of the sufficient coverage of the advertiser’s account.
Leads & sales having the “approved” status will remain in the “approved” status until the advertiser account balance check procedure is completed. This procedure will automatically be executed on an hourly basis, confirming all leads / sales (status “confirmed”) as long as the account deposit is sufficient.
If the account balance check is negative the leads & sales will remain in the “approved” status. As soon as a payment has been credited to the advertiser account, leads / sales with the „approved“-status will be automatically confirmed on the same day.
The use of the ERP data import is still possible to confirm leads/ sales. However transactions will get the “approved”-status if the account balance is negative.
Day end closing for the booking of lead / sale confirmations is going to start at 18h UTC = 20h GTM
From 12. June 2008 onwards zanox will guarantee the booking of leads & sale confirmations on the same particular day as long as zanox has received the data by 18h UTC = 20h GMT.
