What kind of provision models do apply?
If you have no direct appliaction, there is one standard commission model. If you have a direct application to an advertisers programme, the API automatically delivers another tracking-link with more "specialized" settings (like commission model ).
What is meant by "AdSpace", "Programm Application" and all those other terms. Where can I find an introduction?
Please consult the general Wiki (http://wiki.zanox.com/en/). Browse through it or use the search functions to get to know all you need to become familiar with the terms of zanox technology.
I miss a function or data to realize my ideas, what can I do?
If you have a feature request please write it in this wiki on the feature requests wish list
Are there any communites where I can get in contact with other developers?
Yes, of course! First there is a mailinglist which you should use for any questions. The mailinglist adress will be send to you, as soon as you have applied for the webservice beta programm. Additionally there are various social groups:
Are there any restrictions concerning the url which is generating the sale/lead?
All other zanox programs are using some sort of URL-Referrer-Checking (State 0 to >>3). My problem is, if i use your api-delivered links in eg. social networks or other user generated content which i would like to monetize, will the tracking be 100%? Or does the programm inside the adserver which is currently clicked inherit its url-checking-settings to the API-Tracking-Links?
Each sale is tracked properly.
The images delivered by the API do not meet my needs in size. What can I do?
If you like to adjust image sizes fitting to your needs (eg. if your widget has only a limited space), you may use one of these online resources:

Why is the average load of the productimages so very slow?
Images are mostly fetched from the advertises servers. If the advertiser's servers are highly trafficed they response very very slow. Solution would be to implement some sort of caching, or to limit the loading time frame.
