What does the message Tax details have not been supplied mean?

Because zanox requires your tax details in writing, please fax us one of the documents listed below. The following documents provide adequate proof of your tax details:

  • Letter of confirmation for your VAT number from the Federal Finance Ministry
  • Recent letter from the tax office showing your tax number
  • Current tax clearance certificate from the tax office
  • VAT form UST 1TN (confirmation form from the tax office)
  • Letter of confirmation from the responsible tax office stating that the company is registered there, is allocated the tax number stated, and is not VAT-exempt
  • Letter of confirmation from your tax advisor, stating that the company is registered at the relevant tax office, is allocated the tax number stated, and is not VAT-exempt

The following are currently not regarded as sufficient:

  • Letter from the company (with or without letterhead)
  • Copy of your business registration certificate
  • Tax statements more than one year old

The tax details specified online are sufficient to enable the disbursement of existing credits plus VAT. Submitted tax statements will be checked periodically and your account updated accordingly.
