What happens to outstanding payments in the event of cancellation?

Upon contract termination, the participant's existing credit will be paid out in accordance with the fees list. If the remaining credit is less than €25, a processing fee of €5 will be deducted from the payment. A remaining credit of €5 or less will not be paid out.
