When do you confirm my leads and sales?

Leads and sales are confirmed once the merchant operating the programme classes them as completed/finished. Merchants usually indicate their average processing time for leads and sales in their programme description. You can read the programme description by clicking the programme name in the "Programme Manager" (zanox login section). Should leads or sales be rejected, these will no longer be included in the statistics overview. However, you can view all transactions by clicking "Details" in the header line of the statistics table.
