The following advertising activities are not permitted:

• Click bots, scripted or otherwise.
• Forced clicks, i.e., clicks that a web page cannot function without, or clicks that the visitor has no control over.
• Spam, i.e., unrequested mailouts of promotional e-mails to unknown third-party recipients or recipients who do not consent to receiving such mail (not permitted according to current law).
• "Grabbing" of third-party domain content (especially if this is done with affiliate links).
• Domain grabbing of domain names containing protected names owned by third parties, e.g., www.bmw-shop.de etc.
• Placing code in invisible IFRAMEs.
• When you place an ad (online, search engine keyword ads, offline promotional material for your partnerships etc.) no protected terms, especially no protected trademarks may be booked without the express prior consent of the holder of the trademark.
• within the socalled "meta tags" of a website you may not use any legally protected terms, especially protected trademarks without express prior consent by the merchant.
• you may not use keywords or trademarks associated with competitors of the merchant, especially not as keywords for search engine Keyword ads like GoogleAdwords, payed search keyword ads or withtin the socalled meta tag or in any other way that may be misleading.

You are further not permitted to send or publish unfair advertising in forums, newsgroups, e-mails or other telecommunication formats. Unfair advertising includes messages where the identity of the sender or the actual sender address has been deliberately falsified or concealed, messages to recipients that do not explicitly consent to receive messages, and messages where the recipient is not given the option of blocking future e-mails or where this option is not readily provided.

Transactions conducted/initiated automatically and transactions based on intentional or malicious deception are also prohibited. These and similar such actions not mentioned here are prohibited, and are regarded as serious fraudulent behaviour. In such cases, you should expect to be expelled from zanox-affiliate and your account to be blocked. In keeping with the terms and conditions of participation in zanox-affiliate, all claims to irregularly gained credit will be void. Depending on the case, you may also be liable to compensatory claims as well as possible claims by the injured party under both civil and criminal law.
