Why do I see a wrong code placeholder on my page instead of the advertising material?

If your page displays a test pattern labelled "wrong code" instead of the required advertising material, this may be caused by any of the following: 

  1. The merchant has revoked your membership. As a result, your advertising materials have been blocked. Contact the merchant in question or replace the advertising material.
  2. Your affiliate code is not correct. This may be because you didn't copy the tracking code to your page correctly. Double-check the code.
  3. You cancelled your partnership with the merchant but you still have the old code on your page. Replace the advertising material.
